Consultation Policy
The law firm charges a standard fee of $85 for a 30 minutes consultation session. Upon receipt of the relevant documents and the required fee, the firm will schedule the date and time and will conduct the consultation over the telephone or in person.
If the law firm is retained to represent a client, an initial payment will be required at the start of the visa process and the balance will be paid incrementally at each phase or stage of the visa process.
The firm accommodates its corporate and individual clients with reasonable payment plans to suit the client’s financial budget. The payment plan will help the firm’s clients to make a reasonable monthly installments while their case is being processed.
The law firm’s legal fees are considered reasonable and are comparable to other law firm fees within the metropolitan area. The client may choose one time flat fee or may retain the firm’s services on hourly basis whichever is suitable to his or her needs.
